Shipping Methods & Costs

FREE SHIPPING on all orders!

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • For pre-orders, please allow additional time for restocking and shipment.


Shipping Transit Time & Estimated Delivery

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard transit time is typically 5 to 7 business days via USPS/UPS Ground, depending on your location.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time (from the time of purchase to delivery): 6 to 10 Business Days.

We currently ship only within the United States.


Order Issues, Loss, and Damage

If you receive a damaged item or are missing part of your order, please contact us immediately at support@cosmoastra.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. While legal responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package leaves our warehouse, we are committed to assisting you. If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide you with all necessary documentation and information to assist you with your insurance claim.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. CosmoAstra is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
