What does it mean if an item is available for preorder?
A preorder allows you to purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock. By placing a preorder, you ensure your item is reserved and will be among the first orders to ship out the moment the new inventory arrives.
When will my order actually arrive?
Your purchase typically takes 1 to 3 business days to prepare before it ships. Once your package is with the carrier, standard transit time is an additional 5 to 7 business days. Your total estimated delivery time is between 6 and 10 business days, and shipping is completely FREE.
Can I place an order outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only fulfill and ship orders within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping services to other regions in the future!
